Create an Account
Click Sign Up at the top of the page. Enter your details and verify your email address. Once you log in, you can browse listings, place bids, and manage your account. Your account allows you to track active bids, view purchase history, and receive auction updates.

Browse Available Auctions
Explore the items listed for sale. You can use filters or the search bar to narrow results by category, price range, or keyword. Each listing includes: Item descriptions Condition details Photos Seller information Starting bid and end time Review these carefully before placing a bid.

Review Auction Details
Check the starting price, bidding increment, and auction closing time. Review shipping options and seller ratings (if available). Read any special notes about authenticity, packaging, or return policy. Understanding the terms helps you make informed bidding decisions.

Placing a Bid
Click Place Bid on the item page. Enter your bid amount. It must be higher than the current bid. Confirm your bid when prompted. Once placed, your bid is binding. If another user places a higher bid, you’ll receive a notification so you can choose to bid again.

Automatic Bidding
Our automatic bidding system lets you stay active even when you’re away. Set your maximum bid limit. The system will automatically increase your bid in small increments when others bid, up to your limit. You’ll only pay the minimum amount needed to stay in the lead.

Winning an Auction
When the auction ends: The highest bidder wins. You’ll receive a confirmation email with payment and shipping instructions. All your won items will appear in your My Auctions or Purchases section. Complete payment within the specified time to secure your item.

Payment and Delivery
We accept secure payment methods such as major credit/debit cards and verified payment services. Once payment is confirmed: The seller ships the item using a tracked method. You’ll receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched. After you receive the item, you can leave feedback for the seller.

Auction Rules
To keep the marketplace fair for everyone: All bids are final and binding. Users must not use multiple or fake accounts. Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and images. Violations may result in account suspension or removal.
